I’ve always been curious about what drives people — what makes us act, adapt, resist, or change.
That curiosity shaped my work and my way of seeing the world. Before learning about systems or leadership models, I learned to listen.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across industries as different as automotive, hospitality, shared mobility, and education — but no matter the context, the same question guided me:
How can we make work more human, and humans more at ease within their work?
I started my career in process optimisation and operations management, drawn to structure and efficiency. With time, I realised that processes are only as effective as the people who live them.
That insight led me to study communication, leadership, and human behaviour — not as a theory, but as a way of improving how we collaborate and create together.
Today, I integrate both worlds: the analytical and the human.
I help individuals and organisations build systems that work — not just technically, but emotionally and relationally. My focus is to bridge operational clarity with human development, so that performance and well-being stop being opposites.
I’m passionate about conscious communication, emotional intelligence, and the way leadership can become a catalyst for transformation — when it’s grounded in awareness and purpose.
Work, for me, is not just about what we achieve.
It’s about who we become while doing it.
